submitted by Hollis M. - |Recommended: NoServices — Construction need to fixing before new resident move in, maintenance take it forever to fixing in my apt, and property staff need to work on their communication, take calls, give details, explain to the resident’s explanation about the leases, and don’t let us know by last minute.

submitted by Jagavi D. - |Recommended: YesThe Hill — The Hill has plenty amenities to offer in its housing package that includes covering major utility charges as well. But what attracted me the most, were the unit plans the spacious rooms and a large living room and kitchen. The community hot tub is also one of it's major selling points in my opinion. But above all of this, I think it's the hill-side open view that is the most fascinating thing about here. Every evening the sky seems magical, and I believe I appreciate it even more so, owing to the views I have from my bedroom window

submitted by Jaeyong P. - |Recommended: NoIf you have a car, I would not recommend here. — Parking lot is always full, and office hour is said 7 00 p.m. but usually they close earlier. I went down on 6 35 p.m but the office person already lock the door and leave.

submitted by Troy S. - |Recommended: YesOverall easy move-in — My unit was clean for the most part upon move-in. There was a bit of dust that was not really a problem to vacuum. The property management can be hard to get in contact with, but the staff in the leasing office were very helpful despite August being a busy month due to new tenants moving in.

submitted by Riley P. - |Recommended: NoPlace was not cleaned or maintained — When I moved in I found my rug torn up in spots, chipping paint, mold in my bathroom, extreme amounts of lint surrounding my dyer it was 100 a fire hazard , missing knobs in the kitchen, broken front door handle etc. The biggest issue however was the space was not cleaned prior to me moving in as part of my lease agreement. The staff when handling these problems lacked communication, I had no idea when or if any problems would be attended to.
